It seems that, over the ocean, trigger-happy is apparently the way to be. People, dogs, who cares? That whole shoot first and ask later culture is warped and sick as far as we are concerned.
That lady office needs to have her gun removed. It's not right that she's still on duty, after all that. The furmaily must be devastated. My heart goes out to them.

Too many times we keep hearing this happening over and over again. Just not right. There has to be a better way.
