Mancat Monday

Oh hi, just let me finish up my bath and then I'll give you the garden tour.

The Goldflame Honeysuckle. You can really see how it got it's name here.

This is the Mockingbird that rammed Scylla in the butt and knocked her down. MOL, that was funny, but I don't thinks this Mockingbird is very nice he keeps harassing me too.

I likes ice cream, I sure wish Mommy would give me some all to myself. I has to steal it out of her cup when she isn't looking.

I didn't leave any for Scylla, so she is cross with me.

But I promised to protect her from the Mockingbird.

Me and the Mocker have reached an understanding.

He promised to leave us alone.

Guess I'll go back to the house now.

I thinks it is supper time. ~Socks reporting for Alasandra, The Cats & Dogs

Socks, gee, who knew that birds could be so dangerous? We have lots of birds here, of course, but none has dive-bombed us and knocked us in the butt. We're glad you've reached a truce and you and Scylla will be safe now.

We don't get mocking birds here so we won't need to worry about them diving on us.

to be protected from the mockingbird is much better than ice cream - it's a very good deal - or isn't it?

We think kitties should be able to have ice cream for dessert occasionally :)

Poor Scylla. Mockingbirds are rather rude like that. They probably have a nest around.
