 This is the Gander, he is standing guard.

What is he guarding? The goose she is sitting on a nest. We should have goslings soon. ~ATCAD

Goslings? How cool! Some years, we have ducklings on our pond, but we have never seen the nest.

Keep that Gander AWAY from me! Geese are the reason I HATE taking walks now. A mother goose tried to attack me. We have TONS of geese here and I sure don't like them! Barks and licks and love, Dakota

We never met wild geese, but there were two geese in the village a few years ago, and NO human dared get out of his car when they had a walk on the road ! Purrs
