Caturday Art with Socks & Chimera

Mommy turned this picture black and white and cropped it some. She said it would have been a great picture if the pole thing hadn't been in the way. She liked the wood background.

She just had to send me and Chimera to an alternate universe with the infared thing. I has to say it turned out well with the infared thing you never know.

Pencil sketch of me in the box.

The infared deal, I don't think it worked so well this time. I mean really a blue nose.

Texture, this was inspired by the Lilian Jackson Braun book The Cat Who Could Read Backwards. We read it in Book Club at Cat Scouts and we were discussing the artwork in the book. Mommy imagined some of the "eye" pictures looked like this.

Pencil sketch of me and Chimera.

I forgot everything she did to this one but she was going for a washed out look apparently.

And another texture one. ~Socks, reporting for ATCAD with his sidekick Chimera

Always love your art and the black n white is amazing even if the pole is in the way. It's just a nice natural photo :)

Socks and Chimera, we like the pencil sketch best 'cause we can see your cuteness. Mom thinks it is super fun to experiment. The texture ones are super cool as well. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

Love the pencil sketches and think the poles added character to the black and white.
