Before I go I wants to tell you about an elephant that needs our purrs and meows. Her name is Chendra.
Chendra is the zoo's only pygmy Borneo elephant. She is blind in one eye and ostracized by the herd because she is a different species. You can sign the petition to help Chendra here. There are many elephants in the United States that are suffering in zoos and circuses. We are very sad about this. And in the wild due to poachers elephants are becoming extinct. This is awful. Yinny says we can't do much to help them but that if we will all put our paws together to do what we can and meow and bark about them and that if our friends help too we can make a difference in their lives. So I am doing my part.
