I offered to do a modeling session with Mom. I think she got some good pictures even if I was squinting.


Silly Mom I should have been where she was, and she should have been where I was. 


She reminded me that I picked where I wanted to stand, not the other way around.


Well I never said I was going to take directions, merely that I would stand still and let her snap away.


I kept my end of the bargain.


At some point she lost interest in me and started snapping flowers.


These are wildflowers that grow in our yard. We are not sure what the yellow stuff is. But the Dollar Weed is the big green leafy things that look sort of like lily pads.



Mom thinks this is some type of wild orchid.
