Our mom screams if she finds anything like that in our house. It actually has happened that garter snakes have gotten in the basement twice in the 30+ years our parents have lived here. We're lucky that there are no venomous snakes where we live.
That looks like fun, Chimera. I once found one of those and was playing with it in the kitchen when my #1 took it away and released it outside. She did not scream, however!
