Orange Dog

Fenris here reporting on Mommy and the snake. I go over to the greenhouse with Mommy and watch her water the plants. Well one day when she was watering the lemon bush she saw TWO snake heads. Mommy freaked out and texted Daddy there was a snake in the greenhouse. She was so scared of the snakes she refused to walk past them to go out the door so she stood up on tip toe and reached over the north gate to unlatch it so she could go out that door instead of the south door she came in.  But when she snuck in through the north gate to turn off the water she couldn't see a body, just snake heads. That creeped her out even more.

Here you can see snakeapillars fangs.

And see how his skin looks like a snakes coloring and patterns.

Then something funny happened to snakeapillar. He looked deaded to me but Mommy said he was turning into a chrysalis, and that one day he would be something she likes a lot.

Is this really snakeapillar all grown up? I think Mommy has gone a little loco if you ask me.

According to her this is an Orange Dog!
And Fin thought her humans had problems identifying birds. My Mommy thinks a butterfly is a DOG!
She says it is aka Species Papilio cresphontes - Giant Swallowtail

Our Mom doesn't seem to be too afraid of the snakes TD finds in the yard, but she doesn't want to get stuck in any close quarters with one. That is a very nice butterfly story.

Thanks, Fenris.

Oh, how beautiful! If it was a snake for real, my mom would have deaded it with a hoe! If it were a pizen snake, that is..we don't kill non-venomous snakes, 'cause they're good snakes...but a venomous snake would've been kilt DEAD with a Hoe! My mom's fair lethal with a hoe.

The Mom's nerves have been shot ever since she almost stepped on the cotton mouth (very poisonous and aggressive snake). It doesn't help that Grandpa has a play snake on his desk and whenever she goes to visit it waiting there when she picks up her purse.

Usually when Mommy sees a snake if it is non-poisonous Daddy captures it and sets it free in the woods. Poisonous snakes Daddy kills for us. Mommy contributes her screaming!!!! ~S,S,C & F
