This is our Common Blue Violet, we just love it and we are happy to report it is spreading in the bed at the Hummingbird Cottage.
The Johnny Jump Ups are a type of Viola.
The White Wisteria, for some reason it blooms before the purple one.
The Chinese Witch Hazel.
And we are really thrilled that the Superbells survived the winter. You should see them now, they have tons of purple blooms. ~ATCAD

Sometimes we do, we planted lots of flowers that attract butterflies and hummingbirds. So far this year we have mainly seen carpenter bees.
It's Latin name is Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum and sometimes it is called Fringe Flower. Mommy says flowers are called different things in different places which makes it confusing sometimes.
What a lovely garden. We are getting very jealous of all of this wonderful gardens because we still have a good foot of snow and got another inch last night . . . .
