Unacceptable Words?

I really don't see what all the fuss is about. Shouldn't we teach children the appropriate names for their body parts. Wouldn't knowing the correct name for body parts and not being embarrassed to read or say them encourage children to talk honestly with their parents if heaven forbid someone touched them inappropiately.

The inclusion of the word has shocked some school librarians, who have pledged to ban the book from elementary schools, and reopened the debate over what constitutes acceptable content in children’s books. The controversy was first reported by Publishers Weekly, a trade magazine.
