The parents of a George County High School baseball manager have hired an attorney to represent them in action against seven high school baseball players accused of holding their son down on a school bus, tearing off his pants, covering his mouth and taking pictures of his genitals.
On Tuesday night the county School Board met behind closed doors with the family of 16-year-old Garrett Eley. What was discussed during that meeting was not made public because minors are involved.
Attorney Kelly Pendergrass Dees represented the family in the more-than-50-minute executive session to ensure School Board members understood the family's concerns.

I imagine it will be impossible to determine the athletes guilt or innocence until after the playoffs.
