I love Eireann's tongue in cheek look at the CoH. Eireann has a wicked sense of humor that I enjoy a great deal. So I dropped by some of the post.
These people are truly sick
God wants us to prevent every unsaved person in Freehold, Iowa from from seeing the new Harry Potter movie, "The Order of the Phoenix." Our pastors already gave the movie a sin-screening and they tell us it is one of the most deceptively wicked pieces of Satanic filth to ever grace their Godly eyes. We expect over 2,000 church members to be on hand to block the theater entrance on the release date.
What right do they have to prevent people from seeing a movie if they want to see it? What right do they have to disrupt a business? If they don't want to see the movie or read the book, fine. If they don't want their children to read the book or see the movie, fine. But they have NO RIHT to tell other people they can't read the book or see the movie.
Other tidbits from Landover Baptist Church.
A man should dress and act like a man, and a woman should dress and act like a submissive female helpmate. That about sums it up. Anyone who does not conform to the dress code at Landover Baptist will be fined no less than $300.00 a violation. It is a privilege to be a Christian and we believe that it is about time folks started acting like it!
They don't have to worry about me visiting.
Spiderman is promoting the glorification of woman on arachnid intercourse.
And I just thought it was an action movie with a lot of weird characters running around beating each other up.
If you haven't figured it out yet
The Landover Baptist Church is a humor web site that serves as the home of a fictional Baptist church based in the town of Freehold, Iowa. The Landover Baptist site and its associated Landoverbaptist.net forum are a parody of fundamentalist Christianity and the Religious Right[citation needed], and of Westboro Baptist Church in particular. Landover bills itself as "Where the worthwhile worship".
Thanks for the laugh Eireann.

No problem Alasandra. :)
I quite enjoy Landover Baptist's tongue in cheek look at the Christian life. My parting ode to COH and HSB.
Although I may make a blogging career out of roasting their posts. We'll see.
I hope you'll give the CoH another chance. Especially when I host again. I really enjoy your post.
