Bending the Twigs: Are Home Educators "Self-Absorbed" or Self-Sacrificing?

Bending the Twigs: Are Home Educators "Self-Absorbed" or Self-Sacrificing? How about neither. I love my life, I love homeschooling I am not sacrificing anything in order to homeschool, but neither am I self -absorbed. Honestly do you know any parent who has time to be "self-absorbed"? I didn't think so.

I just wonder why Ms. Marilynn Rose, felt it necessary to insult millions of homeschoolers whom she has never meet. The alumni directory identifies Ms. Rose as a staff member in the Stanford Management Science & Engineering department. I would never dream of implying that staff members of Stanford are self-absorbed. For one it's a generalization, for another I don't know all the staff members of Stanford. I certainly wouldn't base a blanket statement like that on the one or two I do know. So how can Ms. Rose justify saying

I can verify that the self-absorption (and hubris) of the parents is
clearly the common denominator among the homeschooled."

Great work Crimson Wife.
