Recalled children's meningitis vaccine used in Mississippi

Nearly 21,000 doses of a nationally recalled children's meningitis vaccine were distributed throughout Mississippi over the last four months, but according to the state Department of Health, the chance of illness from the vaccine is "extremely slim."

Why am I not surprised????
