Alasandra's Book Club ~ Without Mercy by Jack Higgins

Apparently I have missed a few of his latest novels, which is a pity as I LOVE his characters. I have them on hold at the library so the oversight will be rectified ASAP. In Without Mercy Hannah Bernstein is killed on her sickbed. The rest of Ferguson's group, including Blake Johnson (U.S. The Basement), are targeted for execution. One of the executioners, Igor Levin, is remarkably like a young Sean Dillon. As he had a change of heart at the last and wasn't involved in Hannah's murder I am expecting to see more of him in future books (perhaps a new addition to Ferguson's group). Dillon and company as usual manage to save the day and outwit the bad guys.
