Tattle Tail Tuesday by Scylla

Hi everyone, Charybdis and I had a wonderful time hanging out this weekend with the Tortie Twins, Holly and Ivy. You can't imagine how much trouble four young girl cats can get up to. OK, maybe you can, but no photographs no evidence I say. Suffice it to say we had a marvelous time and can't wait to get together with them again. Socks flew off to visit Sassy & MoMo Monday and then we all meet up at JFF where Cotton was celebrating her ninth birthday.

Now I am going to share some pictures we took at our house last week.

This is a pretty dragonfly. We have a lot of them hanging around the butterfly garden. I don't know if you can tell from the picture but he is a lovely shade of blue.

A pink hibiscus. It reminds us of Daisy cause she likes pink so much.

This is Mommy's angel trumpet with a bloom on it. This one is in a pot up at the house, but we planted some down at the butterfly garden.

We planted it in a bed with some purple verbena.

This is Blue Daze, do you think our Mommy likes blue?

And last but not least here is the vegetable garden and blueberry bushes. We have watermelon, cantaloupe, squash, maybe some okra (the beans can't remember what they bought), cucumbers, peas and corn in it. We are hoping to get lots of fresh vegetables out of it, but boy does it keep the beans busy. We have to get back to work now so I'll try to visit with you again later. ~Scylla

Oh, I have never seen Angel Trumpet before. It's pretty! We have hibiscus, but it is a boring red color. I like your pretty pink one much more!

What gorgeous flowers!

Scylla and Charybdis, thank you so much for having us over this weekend! It was SO much fun! We're glad Sassy and MoMo weren't around - I bet they would have taken pictures of all our naughtiness! If you want a break, you should come over and visit us. Our bird feeders have been very busy, and Timmy the Squirrel COMES RIGHT UP TO US at the door! Someday we'll teach him a lesson . . .

Daisy, The pretty pink one is our favorite although we think all the hibiscus are pretty. Mommy saw all different kinds and colors of hibiscus when she was in Oahu. One of her favorites was a lovely shade of yellow.

Holly & Ivy we will be right over. ~Scylla & Charybdis

Great having Socks visit with us the other day! Come on over all whenever you want.
Fun at Cotton's Birthday Party too.
Your garden is so beautiful. Your mom of the house must work really hard outside.
xoxoxo,

We will come over to visit soon. You are right, Mommy & Daddy both work in the yard a lot and neglect us terribly. ~Socks, Scylla & Charybdis
