Flowers on Friday by Charybdis

Mommy has been busy working in the butterfly garden. She divided the Bugle Weed, so far it seems to be doing OK. I tried to help but she insisted that I was just stepping on the plants.
This is one of my favourite pictures of the garden. I love the sunshine.

This Chinese Hibiscus shouldn't be blooming but it is. The Lantana on the other hand should be blooming up a storm but isn't. We like the pretty pink and yellow Lantana better then the orange, but the orange Lantana is doing a better job blooming this year.

We enjoy sharing it with everyone and we are very grateful we get to enjoy it.

The bad Mommy & youngest boy bean went to a Gem & Mineral Show and left us.

What a beautiful garden! Your mom is such a dedicated gardener, unlike my SS. Anything that happens to grow in my garden happens by pure luck and chance.

Purrs to all!!!

We are laughing at the idea of our Mom as a dedicated gardener. She wheedles somebody else into making the flower beds and planting the big flowers (she does plant the little ones), so all she has to do is weed. ~S,S & C

Charybdis, I love to garden too. So you noticed aswell that humans and cats seem to have a different conception of gardening?! Mmh, we'll teach them eventually. Your garden is huge, it must be great to plan new things and generally potter around...

P.S. There's a link to my mom's gardening blog at the bottom right of my blog. Beware though, it's furry boring (and it's in German).
