These pictures were taken November 6th. Many of our kitty friends that live further north then we do were surprised we still had flowers this late into the fall. We still had flowers and butterflies until the night of November 18th. That night Jack Frost came to visit and now some of the flowers are dead, Mommy will have to cut them down this weekend if it is warm enough. Some of the flowers look unhappy but may recover, now that the temperatures are warmer again. We usually do not have a hard frost until winter, sometimes not even then.
We love the pink Lantana. It is one of the flowers that Mr. Frost hurt. Mommy will cut the dead part off and it should come back this spring. Depending on what the weather does it may bloom again this fall. It was in the 70's Thursday so Mommy did some work in the butterfly garden.
Isn't this Angel Trumpet lovely? It is safe in the greenhouse, so you don't have to worry about it.

Hi Goldie, Shade and Banshee, yes Mr. Frost does come to visit every once in awhile. Mommy says Mr. Snow has even paid a visit, but it was long ago before we were born and the bean boys were very little. ~S,S & C
How beautiful! We lost the last of our flowering plants to frost this weekend. Our Grampy was busy yesterday pulling them all out.
We need your Grampy to come help Mommy she has lots more to do. Daddy is in San Diego where it is nice and warm and is no help. ~S,S & C
