These were all over the hotel.
This beauty was on the cliffs overlooking the beach in La Jolla.
This lovely bed of flowers graced the patio at the hotel. I just wish my cyclamen had done this well. Alas both of mine died. Maybe I'll get a chance to try growing them again one day.

The yellow flowers certainly are unique and exotic looking!
Thanks for sharing your flowers on friday. I have never seen a flower like that yellow one, very tasty looking (the cats all say). Most of my "flowers" are plastic, since i have a brown thumb, but they fool people all the time (and the cats are knocking over water filled vases or digging out potting soil or chewing on leaves, MOL)

Those are such pretty flowers. I'm not particularly interested in eating them but I'd like to roll in them! The desert sky is so clear. My mom is real good at peace lilies (one of her names is lily so she has lots of them) but she has to keep them at work--they are poisonous to dogs. Sigh. I have to look at pictures of them.
