Tidings on Tuesday

This is Grandpa's dog Mutt. He is part Great Pyrenees. Doesn't he have a pretty tail? Youngest boy bean would like to have a Great Pyrenees. They are very LARGE dogs though and Daddy wants a small doggie. Mommy just wants a dog although she is leaning toward Shelties.

This is Grandma's cat Blackie, she let Mommy pet her. In return she got some eggs and ham.
This is Grandma's cat Yellowbelle. She is very shy and she wouldn't let Mommy pet her not even for eggs and ham. Grandma has lots of cats. These are the only two that would get close enough for Mommy to take pictures.

This is Mom in laws cat Gizmo. He doesn't like having his picture taken, but he loves to play and he likes being petted.

Poor Yellowbelle! She has that "oh crap!" look in her eyes.

Great pyrenees are gorgeous dogs. When the PM went away for school, she lived on campus in a small town. One of the local girls, who was in some of the PM's classes, used to walk her two huge pyrenees around the campus. She was just a tiny chic whip of a thing with these two massive and stunning dogs. The PM first thought, "you think you are so cool walking around like that" but then she had to admit she did look pretty cool.

The PM later on got to know the girl's brother and the dogs and it was all good. You can't judge a dog by how gorgeous they are, they were very friendly sweet hearted dogs.

Little Bit, Grandpa's other Great Pyrenees is very nice. Mommy takes him for walks when she is there. They are working dogs, they guard Grandpa's goats. ~S,S & C

And yes, Yellowbelle wanted Mommy to go away.

Thanks, Parker.

Oh goodness, your family has some wonderful cats and dog! I don't think I have ever known anyone who had a Great Pyrenees before.

Beautiful furries!!! SS loves dogs - she doesn't discriminate in regards to size. She has lived with an Alastian, an Australian silky terrier and a mixed breed doggie. I am her first kitty!

The tuxi is gorgeous - a white and a black front leg - that's so unusual!

SS had wanted to be a vet when she finished school but she didn't get high enough marks to be admitted - the cutoff mark was 98.5%. Only 80 students were admitted from the eastern coastal states.

Mommy wanted to be a vet too, but the Math scared her off. She is thinking about trying to become a vet assistant.

Mommy likes all sizes doggies too, she has always had big doggies. Daddy was worried about a big doggie jumping the fence, so we are going with a small/medium size doggie.

We are so glad everyone could come by for a visit.
