The pond is at our house. It is next to the Whiskers Memorial Butterfly Garden. Whiskers loved to sit down there and watch all the birds and other wildlife that came to visit the pond.
When youngest boy bean was a wee one and they first moved in he fell in the pond after being told repeatedly not to get to close. But he minded Mommy after that. ~S,S,C & F
Hm, uh, so sorry - but it does NOT evoke tranquility with me but rather, uh, hmm, so sorry - HUNGER!!!! I never hunted a duck - I bet it is fun! Sorry. Karl
Take it from us Karl you don't want to hunt it. For one thing it is a gander, not a duck and it is HUGE. They are very loud and they Hiss, Hiss, Hiss........when they are mad. They CHASE US CATS!!!!!!!
Fenris was very brave and chased it into the pond when it tried to chase Mommy, but even he doesn't want to get close to it.
The gosling are cute, but we leaves them alone cause we don't want to make their parents angry or Mommy sad. ~S,S,C & F
