I had a great time at Socks' party yesterday although I think I may have had one to many niptinies. I remember walking in the butterfly garden with Brian and .......and.................ummmm I don't remember much after that. I hopes I didn't do anything embarrassing.
One of Socks' presents was for all of us. We all got microchips (well Charybdis doesn't have hers yet because she escaped from the carrier, but she'll get hers Friday). Dr. Lisa was having a special on microchips Monday when Mommy took Fenris too get his flea medicine, so she snapped them right up. Fenris got his right then and me and Socks got ours Tuesday. Charybdis (aka Houdini) managed to escape from the carrier and boy is Mommy glad she did it at home and not at the vets and ran as fast as she could down to the shop where Mommy and youngest boy bean couldn't get her, so she'll go get her chip all by herself Friday. ~Scylla

Thanks for reminding us -the Gray Boys are microchipped, but Whitey iz not. Yet.
Dr. Dave iz having a special Dental Health month next month and Whitey needs his teeths cleaned by a professional. That will be a great time to do the microchip!
Tell Whitey it doesn't hurt. The worst part was the cold stuff they put on the spot first. I didn't even feel it when they put the chip in. ~Scylla

Microchips for all is a great idea! I got mine about a year ago, and Harley got one when we adopted him.
I thought I saw her at the Niptini bar pretty often!

Scylla just wanted her own chip day.
Good idea. It's compulsory to chip kitties here and all kitties from the shelter get chip as part of the adoption procedure.
