These are my baby pictures (October 3, 2009). I was born at Grandma's House.
I was a barn cat. I didn't have a warm house to sleep in and I didn't get taken to the vet.
All that changed Christmas. My Mommy & Daddy still miss Charybdis and I suspect they always will they talk about her a lot. Scylla misses her sister too. She missed having someone to play Thundering Herd of Elephants with her and wrestling, Socks being older didn't care to be her playmate and for some strange reason the beans object to being woken at 2AM to PLAY. I can't imagine why. So they decided to rescue me.
Unfortunately Socks & Scylla don't seem to like me much. They hiss when the see me or smell me on Mommy. Fenris seems to want to be my friend but I am afraid of him. I mean look at him he is HUGE. So I mostly hang out in Mommy's lap or my carrier. I am around 5 months old.
I haven't told them my real name yet. Mommy was thinking Circe, but the guy beans don't seem to like it. Youngest boy bean suggested Artemis or Juno and we are leaning toward Artemis unless Daddy comes up with something we like better before I go to the vet Monday. We haven't taken any new pictures of me yet. I am very shy and Mommy is trying to let me get used to things before she introduces the flashy thing to me.
I hopes you will be my friend and I hopes you has some advice on making friends with Scylla & Socks.

I think you awe soopew cute..don't be afwaid of Fenwis, he is a vewy sweet woofie and wouldn't huwt you fow anything! As fow Scylla dn socks..You just wait, They will love you lots..sometimes it jist takes a little time.. and they awe still so sad about Chawybdis, but one day soon, you'll see they will acept you and love you. Well well...you have 8 kitty friends and a woofie friend with us! We can hardly wait for you to reveal your name...in the meantime we'll just refer to you as little cutie pie!
What a pretty little girl you are, and what a perfect Christmas gift you were for your family! We wonder what name they will settle on. We like both Circe and Artemis a lot!
Now, take it from us, woofies are WONDERFUL! So, take your courage in both paws (as we sort of say in France) and let Fenris be your friend! As for the others, give them a few days. They probably think you smell a little funny still. They'll come around.
