I think you'll be a little unbalanced until you get used to her. I think that's normal.
Humans are not even closed to being balanced. We think you're wise taking your time.

Getting a new sister is enough to make any cat feel a little unbalanced for a bit!
Scylla, mai know just what you mean. Grayson eats and sleeps with Whitey, but then all of a sudden he runs up to me and whaps mai head. Sheesh.

At least your mom understands and is trying to help by keeping the food apart from each other. You will get used to each other and soon will be eating out of the same bowl it bet.
I am not sure if I thanked you all for helping me celebrate my birthday so if I did then again I am doing it anyway. It was so much fun seeing you all. I hope you had a good time.
The balance takes time to adjust. Be patient, Scylla and Artemisia. All will be well, eventually.
Oh Scylla, we hope the little powder puff will grow on you. Judging from here she looks like an absolute sweetie.
