We need to make sure all stupid humans are spayed and neutered!
Ironically Mayor Moran was involved in another traffic accident. This time while she was in Jackson, MS she hit a car and fled the scene. Awhile back she ran into an elderly man in Ocean Springs. Frankly I am more afraid of her driving then of any dog.
