Officers said they confiscated two dogs at the time of the incident.
In February they said tests on one dog proved it attacked Bingham. Now they say that may not be the case. One was put to sleep Tuesday for other health issues.Until they are sure, Sheriff's officials said they can't charge the dog's owner.

We do not trust pit bulls. They are mean. That doesn't mean it is their fault. They were just bred that way. We blame the Beins who did it...
