Artemisia is unattached, that is a polite way of saying she doesn't have a boyfriend.
I don't know any Tsars. Do you? I was very lucky to find the wonderful King Brian to be my boyfriend.Being royal has certain disadvantages. But Artemisia has plenty of time to look around she isn't even one yet.

Hmmmm... we know of a Tsar but he's a Percheron stallion, so not quite the right size frame.... But of course, Artemisia is still very young. There's plenty of time.
