Thursday in the Garden

Our regular Azalea. It is huge but it only blooms in the Spring.

One of our Encore Azaleas it blooms all year, but it really had a tough time this winter. We thinks we may lose one of them.

For some reason Mommy really likes this arrangement. The Golden Globe and Herman's Pride are a mass of yellow blooms now.

Our English Dogwood (aka a Mock Orange) We got to much rain and it looks as if it is dying.

Mommy's cacti arrangement.

Our Yarrow, it is a herb.

A nice view of the Butterfly Garden from the backside of the pond.

Honeysuckle growing wild.

A wild blackberry vine. Youngest bean will be happy when the blackberries are ready to pick.

The Live Oak Tree. For some reason Mommy thought this was interesting. Mommy is weird.

Especially since they cause Mommy to have sinus problems.

The Grancy Graybeard. This is the first year it BLOOMED!!!

Mommy says the blooms are suppose to look like a beard?

Mommy needs to weed the Swamp Iris bed.

We likes the yellow color.

We has too many Lily Pads they are taking up the whole pond.

Visit Jonesie to see more flowers.

The flowers are all lovely. I am sorry that some of them are having a hard time. I think it's really cool that there is a flower with my name.

Oooh, that graybeard is very interesting to see. You have such a wonderful variety in your garden. And Mom says that azalea is really so beautiful. Too bad it can't last longer.
