Thursday in the Garden

 The Rosemary is really thriving.

The purple flower is looking purrty.

Especially next to the Dusty Miller.

Er, we don't know why Mommy took this picture.

The Lantana is looking good, but she REALLY needs to weed the flower bed it is in.

Our Bottlebrush has purrty red blooms on it.

And the Mongolia Tree is blooming.

The Mongolia is the State Tree and the State Flower of Mississippi.

We thinks it is really purrty.

Our Purple Heart. We just loves when it blooms.

We hopes you enjoyed our garden tour. Now lets go to Jonesie's and see what is growing in her garden.

Arty is still missing. Mommy is going to try to trap the intruder cat, so she can take it to the vet to see if it is micro-chipped and help it get to it's home.  There was a wreck a little past our our house last night and after that it stormed so the intruder cat did not show up to eat last night. ~Scylla, Socks & Fenris

The rosemary looks so good and healthy. Ready for picking? And Mom just loves that bottlebrush.

We keep hoping to see some good news about Arty. Little Arty, please send a sign you are OK and trying to get home.

We hope the intruder cat has a home and is just visiting. My aunt has a cat who visits. We know you are concerned he might be keeping Arty away, though.

Those are mighty pretty flowers and bushes. We sure are purring and praying really hard for Arty Mouse. I think that is a good idea to trap the stray cat. But don't give up on Arty. Remember, I had Tees missing for two months and he came home.

Damn! That bottlebrush is lookin' good!! How long has that one been alive? How does it fair in the winter? Just curious.

I have some rosemary in the ground but not anywhere near as big as yours! We love lantana here in texas :)

The flowers are really lovely. I have rosemary from a friend's garden - it seems to stay potent for years!

I'm praying for your lost Arty to come home.
