Scylla Sunday & a Purrday

I am teaching Chimera to be a Mini Me. I just adore her. In fact I rather like all my siblings.

Here I am hanging out with Yin and Yang in the bedroom. I even let Yin have MY SPOT on the bed.

Now all of us would like to wish our Daddy a Happy Purrday. We decided he could do the selfie. ~Scylla & Family

PeeS: Private message for  GIULIETTA from Scylla.

When my Daddy saw this picture he said my butt was a Wide Load, which was VERY RUDE. But it also lead to me eating Hill's Prescription Diet Metabolic Weight Management Chicken Flavor Dry Cat Food and being on a very strict diet portion wise.

MOL, now he thinks I am too skinny. I have shed the unwanted pounds with diet and exercise (which consist of chasing kittens). I know you can shed your unwanted pounds too.

Now I am skinny enough to sit on the windowsill again, and you can see my waist. You will feel lots better when you are the proper weight. I will be rooting for you girlfriend and if you ever needs to complain about being hungry or eating the same food every day and never getting treats and having to exercise I am here for you.

Well, I have to go on a diet sometimes, too, so don't feel alone. I love Science Plan Light as it really works and I love the taste. Love,

Well it is now, I had actually gotten obese and couldn't even reach certain places to clean properly. So I am glad I was put on the diet, even though I didn't think so at the time. Being my proper weight is so much more fun. ~Scylla

What sweet photos! And I'm so glad the diet is working for you. Losing weight is so hard, and it looks like you've done a great job!

Happy Belated Birthday to your Daddy!

Pipo used to be quite a load with junk in his trunk, but on a grain free diet (not prescription), and strict portion control he has slimmed down quite a bit. Hooray, ause we had a 21 pound kitty here once, who died from diabetes...we don't evfur want to get to be that way...so petcretry is watchfur of us. and we must confess there are furry few treats we enjoy, MOL! We must be weird:)

(And of course Minko only eats what petcretary puts in his mouth as far as food is concerned...he does chew on things and eat nip leaves, MOL. He is so silly...)

Girlfriend, Scylla, I am a gentle cat and have never chased another one in my life. I'd been eating "calm" food, which is probably why I have gotten rather larger than I should be. I am now on a combined calm and metabolic food. Mom also has put the kibble in the kitchen out of my reach. And I am practicing wearing my harness so I can start walking. I HATE it. Calista Jo is doing much better than I am in her harness. She could lose a few pounds herself, and Mom hopes to take her to the BlogPaws conference next May. It would help if I like canned food, but I really don't. I'll eat a few bites if it is salmon, otherwise it is a no go. Thanks for sharing your story. I know my humans will not get me a kitten to chase. Hope I can do it with diet and exercise. Love, Giulietta. Thanks from all of us for hopping. Oh, we are just playing when we chase one another most of the time. Yes, the calming food is probably why you got "larger" hopefully the new combination of calm and metabolic will work for you and portion control is probably key. Mommy keeps the food put away now. She used to leave the dry food out all day as Socks likes to nibble throughout the day and he is skinny, skinny, skinny. But he has to eat a special food for his thyroid now so she couldn't leave it out anyway. Good luck with your diet, I don't think I would like a harness either. ~Scylla
