Mancat Monday + a Girlcat

Us guys like to hang out together but we let Yin join us. For a girl she is OK.

She lays real still when she sleeps so Socks likes to sleep next to her.

I am a rather restless kitty even when I am sleeping.

Yin even lets Socks stick his foot in her face without complaining. She is used to me doing it.

But Yin prefers it when she has the entire bed to herself.

I am careful not to bother Socks when I sleep next to him.

Yin says he is very old and that we have to take care of him. Yin even gives him baths sometimes, she is very gentle.

Yin says I am way to rough when I bath her, so I am not allowed to bath Socks.

Before I go I wants to tell you about an elephant that needs our purrs and meows. Her name is Chendra.

Chendra is the zoo's only pygmy Borneo elephant. She is blind in one eye and ostracized by the herd because she is a different species.

You can sign the petition to help Chendra here. There are many elephants in the United States that are suffering in zoos and circuses. We are very sad about this.  And in the wild due to poachers elephants are becoming extinct. This is awful. Yinny says we can't do much to help them but that if we will all put our paws together to do what we can and meow and bark about them and that if our friends help too we can make a difference in their lives. So I am doing my part.
