The cat rule when it comes to dogs - we can sniff your butts, but you are not supposed to sniff ours. That's the one thing I find that most dogs get wrong. I won't complain or put the dog in his or her place though - I just have to rely on my human to get my butt away from the dog. Usually she's pretty good about it.

Well I have to say most of my cats allow me to sniff their butts, as long as I don't linger too long. But I has to wait for permission first. ~Fenris

You make a very good point about cat etiquette. Our woofie is pretty good about that with the cats. But he mostly ignores them. Which is the perfect cat etiquette for them, right? Happy Friday!

We like knowing you are all friends and can play together from time to time. Cat etiquette is hard just like dog etiquette is hard for us cats to understand. But you seem to make it work! Have a fun weekend!

Hi Fenris! Yes, all kitty cats are born with etiquette. Doggies have to learn etiquette. It doesn't come natural to them. I'm trying to teach my Basset minion - Bessie - proper etiquette, but it is a long process. She needs to be reminded all the time. With more than one kitty at your household, you should catch on a little quicker! You are lucky to have them around. Tee hee hee. Thanks ATCAD fur commenting on my interview at Mousebreath! That was so kind. Mew Mew! Bessie says, "Woof Woof" (will you be my friend?) BTW.

It's nice to have siblings be them feline or canine. I love my Tabby Cat and he loves me.
Us kitties have a dog-guy to put up with too...he likes to sniff our derriere's...but we sometimes give him the warning mrouw...and Pipo might try a paw too. Butt of course we are always allowed to sniff his back end! MOL! One day there was a butt to schnooter chain of three...BOL! Guess who was at the front of the lineup?? Hint...it was not Pipo:)
