Mommy took another blurry picture so with the magic of foil we transformed the picture into this, it sorta looks like I am in outer space or something.
Back in May before the people had the kitchen put together all the new appliances were living in the garage. I loved sitting on top of the refrigerator and had PLANS to visit it when it moved into the kitchen. But the people foiled my plans and stuck it in a cabinet where I can't get to it.

Do you see what Mommy was taking a picture of? Hint it isn't a bunch of trees and grass.
It was Mr. Hawk.
See Mommy was weeding the Butterfly Garden and she felt something watching her so she looked around.
And she saw this guy. He was very good about posing Mom took all these pictures with her phone. She wished she had her real camera with the zoom lens.
The bottle bush looks great with all the red blooms doesn't it.
We are impressed with Mom's bird spotting skills this is where the bird was at when she first saw it.
She was able to walk pretty close and get better pictures. ~Chimera, reporting for ATCAD

That is a big hawk and makes us a bit worried for all you little kitties wandering out in the yard. We don't want to scare you or anything but it might not be safe outside with him around.
Mommy said we should be even more afraid of our new visitor as he is HUGE. It's an immature Bald Eagle and she said that means he is going to get BIGGER.
I love raptors, and to have one in the yard is super cool! And it posed for photos too...such a sport!
Yikes! While that is super neato to see and even better to get a piccie, you kitties had better watch out or you could become a snack...
The hawk is very cool! Unfortunately, with our farm birds, we don't enjoy seeing them around here. But we can enjoy them from afar!
