Mandog and Mancat Monday (with Fenris & Yang)

Do you see what we see???

Yep, Tuiren was barking at a Bunny Rabbit.

I explained that Bunnies are our friends and we shouldn't bark at them.

And it reminded me of a funny story about Mommy and a Bunny Rabbit.

See whenever we have salads (OK when the people have salads although Socks used to like to eat lettuce so I guess he had salad too.) Mom takes the leftover lettuce down to the pond for the Bunnies. Well one evening Socks stayed out past curfew and Mom was down at the pond calling him. It was already dark so Mom couldn't see that good and she felt "Socks" rubbing against her leg so she reached down to pick him up cause he liked to be carried home AND it wasn't SOCKS, it was a BUNNY RABBIT. Mom wisely didn't try to pick him up, she just gave him a pet, she guesses he was saying thank you for the lettuce.

Miss Yin saw the bunnies and she came to look at them with me and Tuiren.

It's Mancat Monday and there is only ONE picture of me, that is so WRONG? ~Yang, reporting for ATCAD on Mancat Monday

How cool that you have bunnies around! We don't have them out here. There might be a few up in the mountains, but not in our neighborhood.

I love the bunny rabbit story and it would’ve been so funny if your mama had picked him up and brought him home thinking he was a kitty!

Yang, I call Angel, "Bunny Rabbit" 'cause her furs are so soft, and because she kicks with her back feets like a bunny does. I often shorten it and say, "Bun Bun!"

We love the story about your mom and the bunny. She probably felt the long ears and said Socks your ears are getting really long. It was great the little bunny was saying thank you for the lettuce. Thanks for sharing the wonderful photos. Have a great day.

What a sweet story about your Mom and the bunny. Fenris, you are much kinder to those bunnies than we are. They are always chased from our yard just like the squirrels!!!

We bark at the bunnies in our yard too. Right now there aren't any bunnies hopping through the snow around here though.

We used to see a lot of bunnies around here...not so much anymore.
MJF used to go crazy when he saw one, and I Dalton will give chase, but Benji has yet to learn how to chase anything, BOL!
