Finally I am here on MY DAY.

The Hummingbird Cottage is a favorite spot of mine.

Mommy often comes down here to read with me.

It's our girl time.

Today we are reading Mercy by Jodi Picoult and I'll just take this opportunity to snap a selfie.

This is a terrific place to find lizards.

They apparently like the warm rocks as much as I do.

Cupcake said...: You're so lucky to spend time in a peaceful place with your Mom, S. My mom is afraid of lizards (truth be told, I am probably afraid of them, too). Her eyes would be darting around like a lunatic, so she wouldn't get much reading done. Also, if she saw an actual lizard, she would probably burn the house down and move!
