Mademoiselle Monday with Yin

Sorry, we have been absent without leave. Mommy is remodeling again. While I don't like the disruption remodeling causes I have to say the results do meet with my approval. Anyway here is some art work. This is my Impressionist phase.

Mommy used to keep the Angel out year round but she decided the gold needed to go and turned the picture frames silver, so the Angel got put away.

No silly Mommy isn't a Wizard she used Rub 'n Buff® Wax. Maybe I can show you how they turned out soon.

Another arty picture this time I felt like bubbles.

Hmm, I don't think this is a good angle for me Mom.

This is my favorite arrangement so far. Mommy won this picture a long time ago she recently got a frame for it. This picture is a favorite of ours because the black cat looks like Whiskers. He looks so much like Whiskers the Dad thought Mommy had it done of him but said the other cat needed to be gray like Socks. Mommy laughed and told him that Whiskers wasn't actually the subject of the picture. He must have had a twin out there that was. But it does remind the parents of Whiskers and Socks.

This is our new Dining Station. Don't you just love the cat statue? And the Waterhog Mat really does prevent water from getting on the floor. We have had this fountain for years but it goes perfectly with the wall. Scylla won it years ago and it is a huge favorite of ours. It came from Thirsty Cat Fountain. We are very impressed with them. Not only did they make a purrty fountain, but when the pump stopped working and Mom wrote to ask about buying a replacement pump, they suggested she clean the old pump with a vinegar and water solution first. She did and guess what our pump started working again. She is so thankful they suggested that to her. And while it is billed as a Cat Fountain Fenris and Tuiren enjoy drinking out of it too.  ~Miss Yin, reporting for ATCAD

Seriouslies, kitties...you don't knock all of the knick-knacks off of the shelves? Manny and CB can clear a shelf in seconds! However, I am intrigued by your water fountain. The Hubby doesn't want to get one, since we tried a trashy plastic jobby a decade ago, and he isn't sure we won't run into the same problem with a new version, such as the cats hate it! But I'm going to go check out the website of yours...thanks!

It must be fun to climb so high and look down at your peeps. We can't believe you (or the pups) don't knock those figurines off those shelves. The way we wrestle some times we would definitely turn those things in to broken pieces.

Everything looks really nice - I'm with Eastide Cats, how is it you don't knock everything down - our clowder would have everything higgly-piggly in 2 seconds! Y'all are obviously more mannered and sophisticated - impressive!

Such well behave kitties. I was wondering about the knocking off the shelves thing too. I'm glad you don't do that and so is your mom.

Have a purrfect day and week. My best to your mom. ♥

We love your feeding station! It's much more fancy than ours, that's for sure. I'm going to tell Mommy we want a cat statue!

My human isn't doing a lot of redecorating, but she is busy with cleaning up and tossing a bunch of stuff. And she's seeing a new guy. So she's pretty busy too.

Miss Yin you look magnificat on that mantle but goodness Mom has the decorators touch. If we can get Dad to vacuum regularly, um strike that, dust, yes dust regularly it is a plus.

I love that cat statue, and that is the prettiest cat fountain I've ever seen. Our kitty Samantha loved her fountain, but it was plastic and not pretty like that one. We had a pretty red ceramic one for both the cats and dogs at our old house, but it got broken when we moved. :(
