Mom took these pictures on February 8th. The Red Hibiscus has beautiful flowers, they don't show up very well though as they blend into the leaves. But the red leaves are colorful all year long so...

The Daffodils bloomed early this year.

We love Daffodils they are so cheerful and they are one of the first SPRING plants to bloom. ~ATCAD
