BOL, I am managing to do a LOT of guest blogging. Alasandra had to come take care of me, the cats and the hens while the Grandparents went to Meridian for a visit. I made sure she did everything right with MY HENS.
Grandpa gave them lots of straw in their nesting boxes so they will be warm this winter and I have lots of straw in my dog house.
Last time I posted about the hens Cupcake asked some questions. Grandpa said these are pollutes, which means they are not old enough to lay eggs yet. Grandpa said around March they should start laying eggs. Alasandra is looking forward to having farm fresh eggs.

What a great post from you, Lady O. It looks like a fun job to protect those chickens.
It is lots of fun to protect the chickens they are very entertaining. Alasandra says fresh eggs taste so much better than store bought.
