What a difference a year makes. Last April my Dad was living his best life. Planting trees, clearing the property line of their new place so he could fence it in, going out to eat and just generally enjoying his new life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Now he is bed ridden.
Last April I went with my cousin Sharon to see the Van Gogh exhibit in New Orleans. It was wonderful. We popped into the lobby of this cute boutique hotel that was all art deco to check it out.
I can't say enough about the exhibit it was absolutely amazing.
And as you can tell we had a good time.
This was the most amazing thing they projected his artwork on the the bust of Van Gogh.
The pictures do not do it justice. ~Sandra, reporting for ATCAD

We have our paws crossed for your dad. It looks like you and your friend had a great time at the Van Gogh exhibit.
I am sorry your dad is so sick now. This year stinks. XO
Sending prayers for your Dad to remain as strong as can be for as long as he can.
That Van Gogh exhibition must have been quite amazing!
I'm sorry so much has happened this past year, and that your dad is bedridden. Sending lots of purrs and prayers for you both.
