Thank you so much to Ann of Zoolatry for this remembrance of Chimera. We love how the colors in it compliment her furs. And we love how this remembrance Ingrid made reminds us of how much she enjoyed outside especially the flowers.
Everyone thank you so much for your words of sympathy. I am gutted and just don't have it in me to respond to each one. But rest assured they were all read and are much appreciated.
It's hard to believe Chimera was nine years old. She still seemed like a young kitten to me. She died exactly one month after Fenris. I hate the 13th. Fenris was helped to the bridge June 13th and Chimera went unexpectedly July 13th. And while I was somewhat prepared for Fenris' departure as I could see him getting weaker day by day. Chimera was her usual bouncy self right until the end. Sean found her having some sort of seizure around 1AM and she passed away before I got to her. Whatever it was it was quick.
Many of you don't know Bo left us October of 2022, when I discovered he had gotten a mortgage loan with Rochelle Haynes. Then in November of 22 Tuiren died, and 23 was the year from hell first my Dad was diagnosed with brain cancer and shortly after the diagnosis and the hell that entailed he died in April of 2023. 2024 ended with Scylla dying in December and it seems to have been one loss one right after the other with Fenris and Charybdis dying in 2025. I just don't have it in me to blog anymore at least for awhile. There are some prepared blog post and they will continue to publish as scheduled and I will read the comments when I can. Rest assured the friendship of all of you is very important to us and we treasure your supportive comments.
