This was Chimera's spot. As long as she lived she was the only cat that got up on the roof of the pump house. I suspect it was because she was the only one light enough to walk out on the overhanging limb and jump down from it.
Slippy got up there the other day. It was his first time up there and you could tell he was nervous but he did it. I am pretty sure he had watched Chimera in the past but just wasn't brave enough to do it himself yet.
Oh Fenris, we all miss you so much.
And my beautiful Scylla, it is so hard to believe you are gone.
