From Letters To The Editor (Sun Herald)

Students need to hear more than 'calm down' If anyone is to blame for all of the fighting at Bay High, it is the main office and most of the teachers. When a student has a problem with someone, all they do is say "calm down." They never do any thing about it. There are kids keying cars, flattening tires and ganging up on other kids, and the principal doesn't do anything. I know these things because I've been in that situation before. I think they could stop all the nonsense if they really wanted to.

CORY STRINGER Bay St. Louis

Out of the mouths of babes, vandalism and harassment are serious crimes and should be treated seriously by the teachers and principals of our public schools.
