Second-degree manslaughter charges will be filed against two Noble, Okla. police officers involved in the accidental fatal shooting of the Haley's five-year-old son. Austin Gabriel Haley was killed Aug. 3 after one of the officers fired his .40-caliber handgun at a snake in a birdhouse outside a home in Noble, Okla.

What kind of moron fires a 357 magnum at a snake without realising the the bullet is going to keep on going after it has gone through the snake? Such a waste of a young life.
I don't know, but I also have to wonder what kind of morons gave him the gun in the first place.
I can't imagine the pain the boys family is going through.
