MoMo invited us to come for a visit. Scylla & Charybdis have become such good friends with Charlotte that she joined us for a picnic at the Royal Botanic Gardens. You can see the Sydney Opera House in the background. This was a wonderful spot for a picnic and the weather was wonderful.
We had a lovely time exploring the gardens. Here Socks is at the bridge.
Socks & Charybdis curled up for a nap in the Botanic Gardens while Scylla, Charlotte & MoMo discussed the latest fashions.
Charybdis was determined to see everything, the Botanic Gardens are very large so she had to lay down and rest frequently. 
MoMo wanted to surprise SS at work. Here Socks is at The University of Sydney PGARC.

This is the Clock Tower entrance to the Main Quad. The Quad is the oldest part of the university. You can read more about it here.
Charlotte being a very thoughtful feline took Scylla & Charybdis to the Nicholson Museum (So Socks & MoMo could have some alone time). We saw some cat mummies there from Egypt. (Visit MoMo's Blog to read more about them). Charlotte is very knowledgeable about the museum, her grandpa used to be a professor in the university.

We had a great time on our visit and can't wait to visit again. ~Scylla (who did most of the writing), Socks (who did some of the writing) and Charybdis (who did none of the writing, I was too tired after running around the Botanic Gardens).

Glad you could all make it here. Charlotte was extra happy to see all of you again. Was SS surprised to see us at the university! It was a fun day and I hope you guys aren't too tired.
The fine weather only lasted until you left. Within the hour the sky darkened and it poured!
We had the most wonderful time, and it was so nice to see Charlotte again. The next time you come to visit Socks, will you bring Charlotte to play with us?

Sure will. Charlotte will be glad to get out of the little house to be with friends in the open. She has some toys and she will bring them to share with you.
We will share our toys too. And there are tons of things outside to play with. We still have some leaves in our yard. They make good toys. When you pounce on them they make crinkle sounds.

That's even better - I am sure she would prefer to play outside. She is bored with her toys and being stuck in a small dark terrace house all day with no company. Running and pouncing in the yard would do her good.
If you don't mind cold, today is pretty and sunny. Why don't you and Charlotte come on over and we can play in the yard. Even Scylla is outside today. We can supervise Daddy working on the greenhouse.
