Scylla playing with a lizard
Scylla didn't have a parasite after all. The vet isn't exactly sure why her jaw swelled up. But the swelling has gone away and Scylla is feeling great. She is still taking her antibiotic and she appreciates everyone's prayers & purrs. She is so glad she didn't have to have surgery. We apologize for not getting the word out sooner but we have been watching the robotics competition online.
No lizards were harmed in the making of the above picture. Scylla just wanted to say hi to him.

Good to hear that Scylla avoids having surgery and is back to her normal self. Lizards are fun things to play with. I play with them too and rarely harm them.
Congratulations to your BoyBean, that's a good showing! And I am very happy that Scylla is doing so much better and will not need surgery.

Lizards! We don't get those here in Brooklyn. We do get big old insects / spiders that the cats love to squash.
Meemsnyc, we get huge mosquitoes that it is fun to squash. Can't imagine not having lizards they seem to be everywhere.
