Mommy took me to the vet today. Dr. Lisa stole my poops and stuck needles in me but she says I am healthy as a horse. I guess it wasn't all bad I got to meet Dr. Lisa's doggie, Dolly. Dolly came sniffed me when I was in the carrier, I didn't even hiss and then when I escaped me and Dolly ran into each other literally. I wasn't scared of Dolly, but I did want to get back in my carrier and go home where people don't steal my poops and stick needles in me. But you know what the very worse thing was. For the first time in ages the weather was nice. It was sunny and the wind wasn't blowing so I was enjoying the great outdoors when Mommy called me and I actually came. I don't usually come when Mommy calls but she gets such a charge when the girls come to her like puppy doggies I decided to humor her and how does she repay me SHE TAKES ME TO THE VET!!!!!

Your mom is just trying to take good care of you. This last year has been a bad one for loosing our friends to the bridge and sick ones that she has to make sure you are OK and the only way to do that is to go to the doctor.
I am surprised that your pooooos were stollen, is there a law about that?

Asta, Dolly seemed very happy to be at her Mom's day hunting place. In fact most of the woofies seem to like going to the vet, no offense but doggies are rather strange about that.
MoMo, Mom was very tricky, she didn't even get the PTU out until after I was safely in the house and curled up asleep on her bed.
Fin, your advice seems very good. Except I might miss supper and have to sleep outside. Maybe I should modify it till never come when called if it is still daylight. ~Socks

This stealing the poops thing makes us shiver! It that meant literally or is it a way of saying that they took your temperature and messed about around spot 13? Anyway, glad that you are so healthy, Socks. That's all that counts!
