Wow..we think it's a Sphynx, or a similar mutation, as Sphynx are still outcrossed with domestic cats and American Shorthairs...one of our two Sphynx is quite fuzzy...though this cat is the most unusual pattern of nakedness we have ever seen. But I have heard that in the beginnings of the Cornish Rex breed, that longhaired ones would pop up from time to time, so I am sure it is the same for the Sphynx...
