Fenris Friday

Well I had a friend stop by a while back.

She acted hungry so Mommy feed her. She was very well behaved.

After she ate she said goodbye and left.

We has our paws crossed she found her way home. ~Fenris

UPDATE: The poor thing was back again and very hungry. She ate two bowls of food. We also want to ask you to go by the Tabby Cat Club and vote in the Halloween contest.

The woofie only shows up on Thursday's. Not sure why that is the only day she comes and she doesn't come every Thursday. She never sticks around after she eats either but sets off for wherever she goes the rest of the time. We don't have a way to check for a micro-chip (we hope she is) without taking her to the vet and she has never stayed around long enough for us to do so, and she is always soaking wet when she arrives as she takes a dip in the pond before coming up to the house.

Awwwww beautiful Fenris! Your friend looks so sweet! But we are so sad she seems to be so alone! We are only glad she has you all to look out for her. Take care

Poor sweet woofie. Any chance she might be microchipped?

I think if the woofie could find the way home the woofie would have already done that. Fenris, you are a dear to share your woofie food. Maybe you should see if the woofie is microchipped or if someone has a lost woofie ad posted somewhere. We hope all will be fine for the nice woofie. Maybe she can stay with you awhile.

Poor little girl! Any chance she could be caught and taken to a shelter to check for a microchip?

Catching her isn't a problem as she is very friendly and loves to be petted. But since she swims in the pond on the way here she is always soaking wet and doesn't stick around after she eats. Making it hard to take her to the vet so they can check for a micro-chip. I can't stick her in the fenced in yard with Fenris because he acts aggressive towards her. I think he would calm down over time he just gets jealous I am paying her attention.

I posted her picture in Missing Mississippi pets and asked two of my friends who work for the local vet if they recognize her, so far no one has reported her missing.

I'd get her checked for a microchip if you possibly can. It's possible someone is letting her loose for some exercise. We all know it's possible she has been abandoned, too.

Dogs are always hungry! I can't tell what her body condition is by the picture.

Any beagle rescues in the area?

Poor little thing - so cute. If she is lost, we hope her owners can be found. And if she isn't lost, then shame on her owners for letting her run free like that. So many dangers for her out there. You are very good to treat her so well.

Have a great weekend.
