Thankful Thursday in the Garden

I am going over the fence to look at flowers, do you want to come with me?

I think this is a Cypress Vine, but I am not sure.

We didn't plant it, it was a volunteer. But Mommy did plant some a LONG LONG time ago before I was born.

We determined from the seeds that this was a Sicklepod aka Coffeeweed.

I wonder why they call it Coffeeweed. I wonder if Mommy could use it to make coffee???

And a pretty little zinnia for a pop of color. ~Yang, reporting for ATCAD

We like your "volunteer" flowers. Our property has lots of those outside our fenced in yard.

No such blooms or even any blooms here right now...sigh...our blue bells are getting covered with snow...
