I have been taken part in a scrap a day challenge. Each time you participate you get part of a kit. The prompt for today was to create a mask. This was a new technique for me and really handy.
Because I only have a day in which to do the page it's not my best work. This challenge was to make words from the word BEACH. ~ Boat Rides, Escape, Amazing, Calm, Hot were the words I used to describe Beach.
This was an easy one Summer Bucket List, so far I haven't managed to do the first 3. The local beaches are closed due to an algae bloom, apparently it's causing some sort of bacteria that can make you really sick skin rashes and diarrhea.
This challenge was to place something in your picture so that it looked like it belonged, I used the crab.
This challenge was to use a picture in several frames.
This was to create a journal. By making the words part of the background you can keep it semi-private but still share your story.
This challenge was to create a page that was mostly background.
I did this just for me, adding more pictures of the Grandkids G & O.
And this was from the normal challenges that I take part in I got second place. We had to create a page showcasing MUFFINS. Wish I had one to eat right now. ~Alasandra

Nice art today! Now my human wants a muffin too.
Those muffins look so yummy. Beautiful artwork!
Love 'em all (as we always do) ... but if we're allowed to choose: Barefoot and Puddles: The Favorites!
We love all your art but the muffin one made us smile with all the different "flavors".
Every Saturday, back in the olden days, The Hubby had to work and I didn't, so I would drive to the local mall, buy a oat muffin and a big Diet Coke, then go to the movie theater. Nowadays, I don't do muffins or drink soda, and see first-run movies only once in awhile, but I've still got The Hubby! The memory of the muffins (they were as big as my hand!) will live forever.
These all came out great. Your grandkids are adorable.
Happy Caturday Art Day!! We love all the pieces that you shared today. Our favorite is the boat artwork. Just brings back memories of vacations when I was little. Thanks for the share. Have a fantastic rest of your weekend.

The muffins made me feel hungry!
These are all such fabulous works of art. We love the sentiment on the first one, about bare feet. I wish! :)
I have to say the the mud puddles image looks like the kind of thing my kids used to get up to! I never knew how magnetic mud was until I had kids of my own!

Oh, your art is super!
Love these! The beach one is my favorite - I would hang that on my wall!
